"From the cooler Saint-Christophe-des-Bardes region east of Saint-Émilion, the 2018 Clos Romanile is 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. It has lots of black, earthy fruits as well as notes of charcoal, and gravelly minerality, with some cooler, leafy herb characteristics developing with time in the glass.
